What should be the ideal diet for a diabetic person?
The diabetic person should have the following things in his meal so that he remains healthy for a longer duration.
Brown rice, sweet potatoes, pasta, whole wheat bread, low sugar cereal, rolled oats, peas and green leafy vegetables like spinach would be ideal.
Fried items should be replaced by boiled or roasted items.
Regular sugar should be replaced with sugar free.
If the above are taken on regular basis then this would be considered as the ideal diet for the diabetic person.
